Leanna Racine, Doctor of Physical Therapy
My goal is to help people feel resilient, strong, and confident in their bodies. I believe that there is no quick fix to managing uncomfortable symptoms or problems that are "inevitable"; but with the right guidance and training, you can tap into physical, mental, and spiritual potential to live the life you love. I am an experienced clinician and have treated patients with aches and pains from head to toe, as well as pelvic health issues such as urinary leakage, heaviness in the vagina, and pelvic pain. I utilize diverse skills such as hands-on manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, Pilates, and dry needling to help you lead a life of movement, joy, and connection. I serve patients out of my practice, Core Connections Physical Therapy, in Littleton, CO, as well as provide consultation services remotely to clients around the world. When I'm not with clients, you can find me spending time with my husband and toddler, lifting weights at CrossFit, or hiking on the trails.
